I just recently picked up a 180sx LSD. It came with the pumpkin and the axles. My main problem is how do i know how much gear oil to put in the pumpkin?? Do i fill it up to the oil fill plug on the side ??

Yes you fill it until it is level with the fill plug.

Use the same oil you would use for any differential. The viscous coupling is sealed, so it doesn't matter at all.
