Vis Hood won't pop!!!

I put my VIS hood on today. Everything went fine, but was a lil tough to push down into the latch, now when i pull the hood pop nothing happens and the hood is still held down tight....

Can someone help me remedy this quick-style?

Have someone pull up on the hood as you pull the Hood release, it sounds like it fits to tight to move freely. You should be able to loosen the top bolts on your fenders and slide them out a little to free up the hood.
