Attention enthusiasts. Audi club is hosting a two day hi performance driving school event at VIR, Sat/Sun December 6-7. VIR is of the premier road race tracks in the country. 17 turns, 3.75 miles of country road with no cops. This is a wonderful place to improve your skills and see what your Nissan is really capable of doing for a couple hundred bucks. That's a lot of track time for very little money.

It's open to all enthusiasts, so owning an Audi is not required. I'm going with my stock Nissan. No special requirements or prior experience needed except a valid drivers license and a car in decent shape. If you don't have a helmet, you can rent one inexpensively

Last event as far as Japanese cars representin', there were several stock Subie's (2.5 RS and WRX), several Eclipses, 2 Evo's, a VR4 sedan, an SE-R, a 350Z, 2 RX-7's, an RSX, 2 Integras, and a disgustingly quick Civic.

Other interesting cars that participated: a VW Vanagon, a PT Cruiser, a Ferrari 355 Cup Challenge car, 944's, 911's, M3's, some vettes, a few Golfs, Jettas, Passats, 2 Mercedes wagons (stock), oh, and a few Audis including a new black RS6.

If you're interested, let me know and I'll pass the link.
