Got back from the Audi Club event at VIRginia Int'l Raceway. I wish some NICO folks could have attended. It was snowy up north but it was beautiful at VIR. Great conditions. We ran the full course both days. Awesome fun. I've got a nice photo on a CD coming in the mail from the pro photographer that was working at the track. I'll try to post it when it arrives.
I believe there were 3 other Nissans representin' besides me. A stock silver Track model 350z, (which I rode in), a nice modded S14, and a Sentra SE-R. Plenty of DSM's (A race prepared VR4 and several eclipses), one indecently fast Civic, a full race Integra that won its class at the SCCA runoffs a few years back( I got a ride in it too- very loud and fun) , a stock integra, a stock STi, and several miata's (I rode in one of them). It was a true mishmosh of cars. There were also several vette's, (C4's, C5's, and a few Z06's), Porsche's, Bimmers, Veedubs, a very cool Mercedes sedan (with a V-8 Ford motor stuffed in it with straight pipes- best sounding mercedes I ever heard), and a few Audi's of course.
Next VIR event is in April, if anyone is interested, I recommend going.
