Here are a few of my pics from the Grand Am Rolex GT race this weekend. The Playboy 350Z is still under powered compared to the Porsches & tube frame Madza RX8. They are making progress and it will be up front soon.

Car had several long pit stops & is still 4-5 seconds off a winning pace.

do you happen to know what lap times they were pulling by any chance....

for instance my fastest time in my 240 is a 2:28, LOTS of room for improvement.

i am guessing these guys are into th 2:15's tho....

The 350Z GT quickest time I saw was a 1:59. The race leaders were doing 1:55's! My buddy has run a 2:14 in his ITS 240Z!

all at VIR yes

my car doesnt compare in mods or my track time isnt even close either considering i only have 4 full events at VIR and only 230whp and a very basic suspension setup....

what engine is in ur buddies 240Z?

Pretty much stock Z motor with SU carbs as required by the rules.
