I have a 4 year old Viper remote start that is no longer working after the main onboard computer was replaced over a year ago. I believe i have one of my spare keys in a control box somewhere installed as a part of the remote start system that i need to have reprogramed. I am not sure if this is accurate or if so where do i get access to this control box? Truck will attempt to start but just doesn't. Any help would be appreciated.

It kind of depends on where the control box was installed. If you had it done, I think I would go back to the installer you used. If not, a good installer should be able to track it down for you.
