Alright guys I'm gonna need your help on a few things. I'm gonna be installing a Viper 791xv in a 1990 240sx Fastback SE. What Im gonna do is create a Wiring diagram that will show the brain, remote start relay and how it wires up to the stock wiring harness as well color coded wires. The purpose of this is to make it that much easier to install the alarm, the other guides on here are helpful but some things arent clear and pics are always extra helpful. Also I want to be able to depict whats optional and whats needed to make the install easier for some of us.

The wiring diagram will be for a 1989-1994 240sx S13 SE. So thats power windows, power locks etc etc. This will just be keyless entry with the alarm and remote start. No fancy things like Pimp My Ride where you push a button and a screen flys out.

So I'm gonna go through all the wires on the system and I'm gonna list the wires they correspond to the S13. If I get something wrong correct me and if its optional state so and if its blank fill it and I will edit it. After we go through all the wires and everything is correct than I will create a wiring diagram and post it up.

Most of it looks ok but there are a few that I would change. First, the '89-90 are the same, the '91-94 have some differences so you can't really lump these together.

H1/1 This is for the starter disable. If you want the alarms kill switch to function the orange wire would wire to a SPDT relay to kill the crank wire of the vehicle.

H1/2 The color you state is correct but you need to be careful connecting at the dimmer switch. If you wire after the dimmer switch it won't work and could blow fuses or damage the dimmer switch. It is recommended to wire into this circuit at the light switch.

H2/2 & H2/3 - These are optional for misc. accessories. While they could be used for door lock/unlock the alarm has dedicated door lock/unlock outputs that are not listed in your connection list.

You are missing at least one or more harnesses. There are door lock wires, ignition wires, and about a half dozen remote start wires you don't have listed. You need to get the complete wiring list.
