Ok, let's take it from the top. You should have not problem wiring the keyless entry. It is (according to my info) a negative pulse type. All you need to do is pulse it with a ground. Your alarm should have a low amp ground output without using relays or anything. It may even have internal door lock relays in which case you wire the common leads to ground and the output leads to the lock and unlock wires in your car.
Without looking up the diagram for your alarm I can tell you it has at least one sensor plug on it which is probably for an included impact sensor. You can buy splitters that will plug into that and will accept 3 or 4 sensor inputs. You can also hard wire them directly to 12 VDC and the outputs will connect to the instant trigger ground input (usually blue on most alarms).
The GPS systems can be very simple or very complex, it depends on how many options you want to hook up. It really only needs power, ground, ignition, and the antenna to track your car. If you want to operate door locks or trigger it upon a break in then you add more options.
The 451M allows you to connect to many different door lock types. With the type you have you shouldn't need it.
Is there an indicator on the dash telling you that the rear hatch is open? If so there will be a wire coming from the back to the instrument panel. Most likely it's a ground when the door is open, this would wire to the blue negative trigger wire as well. If you wire a bunch of sensors and the trunk and/or hood to the blue wire you will need to isolate each one with a diode so they don't feedback to each other.
I wouldn't recommend the proximity unless you had a convertible. They are a pain to adjust and go off all the time.
