Neogeo281 wrote:Yo Skim35 you have one Awesome M! Your setup is my dream car!
Was wondering if you could help me, I have a 2011 Infiniti M56x and am considering modding it. I have a few questions I was wondering if you could help me with..
Can I bag the M56x without a lot of issues/problems?
Will the air ride suspension mess with the AWD system or hinder the car in any way?
I want to get the Accuair E level kit or an Airrex kit.. will this work on the M56x?
Should I just stick with coilovers instead of bagging the car?
I've heard people saying BS racings coilovers make a lot of noise.. is this true?

Hi Neogeo281 thanks for the complement I wish I had a 56! haha!
As far as bagging your M56X I dont think you can?? I havent see underneith an all wheel drive M yet so
Im not sure unless you can take some measurements. Also with when i got my Airrex set up I didn't see an application for the all wheel drive...?
Regarding the Accuair E Level I would stay away from it I had it and many of my friends had it and ended up selling it or removing the arms all together. It was a pain it would self adjust by itself weather you liked it or not, you really didnt have much control because the Accuair brain would do it for you, every stop light my car was adjusting itself .So far my Airrex set up is sweet LOVE IT!!! only thing I would change is getting a bigger compressor to fill the tank a little faster.
My BC's never made noise if they do it was probably put in wrong haha shouldn't make any noise if its installed right and everything is tightened down. I had them in my M37 and my Lexus LS460 NO Noise.
Hope this helps bro!

Your car is awesome. Where did you purchase your AirRex set-up from and who did the install? Comments on the ride quality?
My M45 had BC Coilovers, ride was OK. I just bought a M56S that was sitting in the dealer unclaimed for 2 years. I told myself I would keep it stock.

Then an nice set of HRE came up for sale, couldn't pass that up. Now I see you ride.. :)

You feedback appreciated. Nice whip!!

Hi iwk2much,

I got my Airrex from Forjworks from Marshall Lum, and I LOVE LOVE my Airrex set up! Ride is like stock nice and smooth
its a coilover bag set up and its triple bellow bags so the ride is great smooth and the coilover is 16 way adjustable so you can stiffen your ride or soften.
Cant go wrong with HRE's!! :bigthumb:
Airrex is not cheap but I had BC with UAS bags on it, I had friends with Airrunner and had stock struts with UAS bags, also had manual air set up (pain in the a**) and had Accuair elevel set up and AIRREX by far WINS!! with comfort, value, ride quality and ease of install, absolutely no regrets paying $5000 for my set up! (and I'm not a millionaire) it is going on a high performance top of the line Infiniti so only the best for my M37!
Hope this helps
thanks for the complement on my M :dblthumb:

Is your car with 4 wheel steer?
I'm disappointed Marshall said AirRex doesn't have a unit for the M56S. I'm not sure what the difference would be to your whip..

Oh wow really I thought it wouldn't matter..
Yes I have the 4 wheel steering. Did he say why you couldn't just use the m37 set up?

I didn't ask but I assume it must be the 5,000 lb weight? Another supplier I inquired about adjustable rear toe and torsion bar said the Megan units will not work as well. I'm disappointed to say the least.

if your accuair was adjusting at everylight, seems like it wasnt installed right or the ecu needed to be looked at. Mine doesnt do that much adjusting unless i have a weight difference, ie passengers loaded. Airrex is good though, dont get me wrong.
