I was driving my car the other day and when i went to giveit gas it started to have a mad clicking noise from the engine bay. When I parked the car it started shaking violently also.

I poped the hood and pulled off each spark plug wire one at a time to see if i was getting spark and I was from all 4 wires, so I don't think its the cap or rotor causing the misfire.

What else should I check? I know that Nissans are pleaged with bad fuel injectors...could that be the problem?

Pull one injector plug at a time. When you see the car stumble after pulling a plug, it's not that one and move onto the next one. I'm pretty sure one of your injectors has gone south.

Ok, ill check the injectors tomorrow...i dont think the chain has skipped cause it acts like its not driving on all of the cylinders and I did a search of misfiring and most people had the same problems I am having now

dont pull your injector while the car is key on or running, that will cause a spike & burn your driver out. use a injector pulse tester & fuel pressure gauge.
