Vioce guidance in GPS of 2012 Rogue SL

just a quick question before I go back to dealership and make sure it is an available feature.
how do you turn it on? I look at the manual and follow instruction, no luck. thinking it is a faulty part? but everything else work fine though.
by voice guidance I am referring turn by turn, the GPS should say 'turn right in 500m' etc
