Hey guys im new to the forum. Been reading it for the last couple months though. Since i am definitely trying to get my a** in a g35 coupe . Well i found one and im wondering if i should bid on it or not. Its at an insurance auction. Its not branded and was recovered from theft with a smashed windshield. NOW to the poinT I was wondering if any of you guys had a carfax report account or have some kind of hook up to check VINs that would be really appreciated. I really wanna be in a G. I think this car is 1 of the greatest automobiles ever made in history. Every time i see one time stops and i just black out and take it in lmao but enough of that if anyone could check this ViN:jnkcv54e14M304677for me much apprecited. Ive never wanted a car so much PLEASE HELP. Thanks.

My Dad had his truck (Toyota) stolen once. Only gone for a few hours but the fact was the truck was never really the same. I bought it later on, but the transmission was noisy and so was the rear end. The damage apparently done when the crooks got it stuck and abandon it. I put lots of miles on it so I got my moneys worth out of it but I would really hesitate purchasing such a vehicle, especially if I didn't know the machine before it was taken.

must be a great price... cause like perry i wouldnt want a stolen G35... you know for sure it was "driven like they stole it"... i would rather pay a little more for the peace of mind...

but on the other hand the G is a pretty tough car... you could of found a steal on a G.

(I re read that... lol... didnt mean for that last sentance to be a pun)

im pretty sure you already did this http://www.carfax.com/cfm/chec...tus=0

19 records found... for the 04 g35 coupe...

its been highly recommended to get an 2005 or better G35 to adviod the small problems with the 03/04 G35

like brake dust and radio failure... plus the 2005+ interior is so much better...

I know i was a little hesitant about it but its going for $7500CAD with 65000km. I definitely do not wanna go out and finance a car right now i rather buy it cash and i only have 8000. And theres now way in hell im gonna get a decent g35 coupe for $8000 lets be honest. The g35 at the auction is says it might be stolen there not sure or its been vandalisized. I know its not the smartest decision in the world cus there could be hidden damages but i want one so bad its insane. About the carfax i already did that but it doesnt give you information it just says how much records it found. Not very helpful seeing as i dont wanna pay for it i rather mooch . http://ridesafely.ca/inventory...tures . And no problem on the PUN LOL

Ok instead of making a new post im just gonna put it in this one. As you guys know ive been searching for a g in my price range. Well i think i found one and i would appreciate yous peoples imputs as i know u guys r wise. Its a 2005 g35 coupe M6 with 160000km ruffly about 100000 miles for 12000CAD trying to talk him down to 10,000. Its been well maintained by the owner. Accident free. What are the problems i should look out for and is it a wise investment for 10 to 12 G's.
