Video Input: Good cheap solutions?

I have this amazing video of the Infiniti Q45 full-active suspension system whipping the crap out of Lexus, MB, BMW, and Cadillac. I want to digitize it from VHS but need suggestions for hardware. I assume the hardware includes the software.

Athlon 700, XP, 384MB, 25GB

You can get an adapter for about $75 from Best Buy or Radio Shack that takes any output from RCA and digitizes it. It connects to any windows PC, and yours is more than adequate.

be sure to get one that captures in a high res. I uesd one and it would only capture in 320xsomethingsmall.....
