victor steering wheels

Got a little problem, and I need some help.

I recently received a steering wheel from my friend, it is made by victor (Which I think it is an german brand), now, I can't seems to find any hub for it, so my question is:

1) is this steering unversial? (by which I mean, can I use momo hub for it?)

2) if not, where can I find the victor hub for it? and how much?

3) I heard there is hub with cruise control on it, how does that work? and what does it looks like? can it be re-routed for our 240sx steering?
