When I drive up to at least 40 mph I feel vibration the tires and gas foot pedal shakes sometimes. just happened while driving to work this morning, couple days ago here in Spokane we got hammered by a big snow storm with more than 1 foot of snow on the ground. during the couple days ago while driving home I slid off the highway about 15 feet off the road stuck in the snow. 2 hours later Im home looked at the versa nothing appears to be leaking and no damage. -was lucky. when I take my car in for a inspection should i have the motor mounts looked at besides the wheels and undercarriage????

Or could it be the road?

If it's in the wheels, it's not the engine mounts. Could be that one of your wheels is now out of balance, or one of your struts may have been slightly damaged.
