I have been having an issue with vibration at speeds over 60mph. I had the problem with my stock wheels after I got my fist set of new tires. I switched to aftermarket wheels and used the same tires I had been using on the new wheels and I still had the vibration (I got an alignment at the same time). I just got a new set of tires and it has the same vibration at the same speed that it did before I got the new tires!

What can it be? The car was aligned less then 10k miles ago and I'm going to have it aligned again next week. (after I put on my S-Techs)

Did they not balance the tires right? I mean I saw them do it and they used sticky weights. Why does it vibrate if it has new wheels and is still aligned pretty well (it does not pull to one side)

What bothers me is that when I first got the car it was smooth as silk! I had it upto 150mph and it felt great! after I got my first new set of tires I can't go over 90mph without feeling like I'm going to vibrate the car to pieces.. On the positive side my wife loves it..

If it was good before the tire changes then it most likely the tire not ballanced right. Can be your tire too. How is the wear on them?

Other I can think of the suspention is getting crapy.

Tires are brand new..

Every time I have ever gotten my tires replaced at any shop on my G35 or my 240sx before it I would have vibration at high speeds. I think that if it's not a honda accord/toyota corola they don't know what the hell they are doing.

IDK why I can't find a place that can do it right!

Another possibility is that one or more of your new tires isn't round. This can be due to a manufacturing defect or the beginnings of tread separation.

When I bought my Subaru wagon, ten years ago, it came with some sort of Bridgestone Potenza. They always vibrated a little at highway speeds even though balance and alignment were both good. The vibration disappeared when I replaced them with new tires of a different brand. I have always blamed excessive radial runout, due to poor quality control, for the Bridgestones' vibration.

Last spring, I bought new Kumhos for the Subaru. Everything seemed to be fine for the first 5k miles. But, as I drove away from the tire store after the first rotation, the front tires shook badly. The technicians found that the tread was beginning to separate on one of them. They replaced it under warranty.

could be unbalance....or...could be wheel bearing.
