bushing, perhaps something with the shock/strut

perhaps due to the sportlines effects on the struts

i'm using stock 350z tires 225/50/17 front 235/50/17 rear also i have 300zx front and rear brake upgrade. the tires are not rubbing on the struts, they have 3/4 to 1 inch of clearance from the sturts. is there a common bushin that goes bad on the rear suspension? i hear a clunk when i fist start driving in the moring. i can feel some vibration comming from the rear.

Hellooooo you gave yourself the answer in your question. If your front tires are cupped and worn then they will def give you vibrations in the steering wheel and front end. I know because I have had it happen to me many times. Does your steering wheel vibrate somewhere between 55-75mph?? Yeah get new tires guy!

Simple measure the vibration frequencies and amplitudes at reference speeds.

Everybody should link to that chart from now on. Best chart I've seen in a long while.

Could also be a bad wheel bearing.
