Vibration pedal feedback 3-5,000rpm's

Morning everyone, im noticing a vibration feedback feeling in my clutch and gas pedal between 3,000-5,000rpm's. Anyone else feeling this? Everything is smooth at cruising speeds, its just when I downshift and hit higher rpm's
