vibration issue.

I have a 93 240sx 5 speed and i have a vibration. It happens when the car is in neutral or moving and seams to be worse if it is sitting and you push the clutch in. so that narrows it down to the input shaft of the transmission forward thought the engine clutch flywheel or something like that. does anyone have an idea what could be wrong. thanks for the help.

How bad of a vibration?? Just enough to feel it in the shifter, wobble the shifter, shake the engine, shake the car...?

If it does it sitting still it could be motor mounts.

Is there a sound/noise associated w/it as well? If so when?
