This is a strange one.

I have a 1991 240 with only 22K on the clock. The clutch let go so I had the system flushed. This solved the problem for a time, but then the system failed and I had the slave cylinder replaced.

The clutch works, but now the pedal vibrates when you push it in. I had a dealer look at it and was told that they all do that. I don't buy it.

Any thoughts?

The vibration is not a lot, just enough to be annoying and it only happens if you press the pedal almost all the way in.

Is it possible to have worn bearings with only 22K on the clock?

Would air in the line cause this type of problem?
