vibration in center interior light section (where the sunglass compartment)

Does any body have that freaking noise in interior light in the middle. I took it apart, was trying to put a rubber and it still making freaking nose. I'm ready to glu all those plastic pieces together so they won't make any noise.

I',m pretty sure a lot of people have same problem. I had an audi with 170k miles and didnt have any noise. It's been nice and solid. Nissans have to much cheap plastic in it. Drives me nuts.
