In order to diagnose over INET one needs to be so very very specific and supply exact data. Tire size, brand, tire temperature, dozens of things that typical owner doesn't have a way to measure.
If you supply the speed and vibration frequency and amplitude waveforms we could easily tell you.

The above is a free and very exotic audio frequency analyser which can be downloaded to a laptop and the internal sound card [better external usb QUALITY sound card] can be driven via a vibration sensor or quality CONTACT microphone to measure vibrations, frequency and amplitude.
Consider you are feeling the vibrations not hearing them so they run from 1Hz to < 100Hz. Microphones have a hard time below 30 Hz.
Tires vibrate around 13 HZ and have multiples 13, 26, 39 Hz.
Everything that rotates has a vibration frequency .......................the spings and car body oscillate up and down ~~1.0-1.2 Hz...........lowering springs increase the frequency to 1.4-1.5 HZ
