Hello everyone. I want to first say I love this site and has helped me out tremendously. Thank you ahead of time. I do not know if this has been mentioned, but sometimes you can get parts cheapper or the same cost of aftermark at https://parts.nissanusa.com/ and picking it up at the dealership. I thought I mention it.

I have a 2009 Nissan Altima 2.4 L sedan with 133,800 miles. I am the first owner. The reason I am seeking help is because I do not want to throw money at the problem in changing things and it does not help with the situation.

I have two issues:

1) When I traveling over 70 mph, the car shakes especially the steering wheel vibrates. It has reduced slightly, but still here. No errors on the ECM This happened when I change the wheel hubs. I check the mounts there is no play or wear. Tires are new. Every tire is balance and no alignment issue.

2) at 1.5 RPM, I get a squeal/chirp and it is only at that rpm. I had the starter, battery, and alternator voltage checked out and no issue. Is it the bearings on the alternator? (to lazy to remove the belt)

I have changed:
- Wheel hub assembly on both sides twice in the past month
- Inner and outer tie rod on both sides
- Engine and transmission mounts (with exception of the rear, but this is in good condition)
- Stabilizer rod on the driver side, new tires (no balance issue) and aligned.
- Valve Cover and gasket (from Nissan)
- Serpentine belt (from Nissan)
- CVT transmission fluid - running Valvoline CVT
- Religious on oil and filter change - 10w30 full Synthetic at 3,500 miles for 3/4 of the ownership (I know it is overkill for synthetic. I live in Florida and drive on the majority of the time on the highway)
- Battery changed last year
- Rebuilt front brake calipers, Silicone the guide pins
- New brake pads
