vibration at idle 2009 armada

Good day all:Have a 2009 Armada LE. When the A/C cycles I can feel excessive rattling and viberation when the car comes to a stop, and is in Drive. Nissan dealer is not doing anything about it. Anyone else has a similar issue, and knows what is causing it. We drove another Armada and it was not doing the same thing but the dealer says to them it is normal. But I know it is not.
