After original install, I have rotated the drive shaft a full 360deg in 90deincrements. The whole car shakes, noticeable in the stick, wheel and whole car, at 20mph, clutch in (any gear) and clutch out. Anybody got suggestions? All other speeds are smooth.

Stock 2piece drive shaft right Most likely the carrier bearing in between the 2. from 0-15mph My car was like falling down steps, after that is was like a calm ocean. If it is what's bad. Option 1 is to find one used in good conditionOr Option 2 which is buy a 1piece aluminum driveshaft form our sponsor.Because option 3 is $170 from nissan to get the part and cost usually 50-75 to install. So mine as well get a 1piece aluminum for a few buck extra or even get the steel. Wish I was qouted the price for replacement, because I would of gone 1 piece for an extra $50. Now I have a part that can fail again.Messed with your tires any?Maybe a weight has come off one of your tires making it unbalanced...

Can running with the vibration damage anything? I will exchange mine for a replacement if the salvage yard has one in stock, if not, maybe I can talk them into giving me my money back and put that in on a 1 piece. Can I drive it this way without worry of damaging something?

Didn’t have the vib before the swap and used my automatic trans mount (rubber piece on top the cross member) with the manual cross member (metal piece), so I hope that eliminates the mounts. I believe the mounts remain the same for both the auto/manual trans, just the cross member is different
