Hello,
I have recently acquired a 1995 240sx and I have been doing the required maintenance as well as minor fixes. My timing chain was rubbing on the guides and I was able to use the resources on this site to take out the guides. However I have a problem which I am stumped, When I hit bumps my front passenger side is very loud. Even if I take bumps very slowly, approx 20k, this noise is still apparent. I often oversteer my car and earlier today I noticed when I counter steer right it vibrates, shakes, and understeers. However when I counter-steer left I can slide around corners nearly flawlessly. I have thought it was the wheel bearing but the car makes no noise unless being turned hard. Tomorrow I will jack my front end up an rotate the wheel to get a better idea of the problem. I would like to get to the bottom of this problem before I start replacing parts. I appreciate any help you all can give me.
Thanks,
Josh
