Hi Josh, welcome to the Rogue NICOclub forum.
From what I gather from your description, the vibration you describe is completely normal for this vehicle and discussed at great length on this forum. It is the equivalent of driving a manual transmission in a high gear around town which produces a bit of an engine lug vibration, however the Rogue powertrain is specifically designed to operate this way in order to produce the amazing city fuel efficiency.
Funissan's comments appear to be related to a different or more severe issue with his car. I don't want to discount his comments, but I also don't want him to get you excited and worried that your car is defective when in fact it is working exactly as designed.
Here's a good test to try: when your Rogue starts to exhibit this subtle vibration when cruising in the speed range you described, push down on the gas peddle/give it a little more gas - do the rpms rise and the vibration immediately disappears? If so, you car is working perfectly. When cruising in town on a flat stretch of road with minimal load on the vehicle, the CVT trans selects a very high gear ratio for efficiency which produces a subtle vibration, as soon as you press more firmly on the gas peddle it gears down a little bit and increases throttle which almost instantly eliminates the vibration.
I'm sure your car is working exactly as designed, just as all Rogue's do, it's the trade-off for blowing the competition out of the water in city fuel efficiency! Enjoy that Rogue!
