So a few days ago on one of my blasts down the high way I notice that the faster i went the more my steering wheel vibrated. I was wondering if it could be that I need to get my car alligned or is that common with 240s

your steering wheel should not be vibrating at all. I have only had steering wheel shake not vibrate.

Hmm would you care to elaborate on your difference between shaking and vibrating?

shaking = left and right. For example the infamous blown tc rods.

vibrating= up and down. The only time i have seen this on my brothers 3cyl geo metro auto. When its parked his steering wheel vibrates

well I guess you could say its more of a shake kind of like when you'r going to slow for the gear but your to lazy to downshift but is not as bad just a little shaking, I guess i might need to rotate my tires
