Vibrating noise comming out of the intake

Anyone experience a vibrating air blow comming out of the INTAKE when releasing the accelerator?? at first i thought it was my blow off valve becoz the intake and teh blow off valve from the stock SR intercooler are pretty close to each other...

to connect tha hose into my intake?? i see some people using a breather instead.. is that a vacuumline??
