VH45DE rods are forged?

I've been reading conflicting information. Just need confirmation whether the VH45DE rods are forged from factory.

All info I've ever seen says everything but the pistons are forged.

All Nissan rods since around 1970 are forged.

Pistons are cast, I believe.
