Anyone want one?I had mine copied ...

No spacer needed behind the auto trans flex plateNo starter motor problems

Uses factory bell housingUses factory auto trans flex plateUses factory starter motor

Powerglides are a dime a dozen, CHEAP and can withstand RIDICULOUS amounts of hp ...

About 20 cm in diameter so freight would be no drama's what so ever

If anyone wants one ... let me know ...

Why on earth would one downgrade a factory 4 speed automatic q45 transmission to a antiquated 2 speed General motors powerglide transmission? TWO SPEED transmission IS A RELIC OF THE PAST!,hell, the 4 speed auyo transmission is close to being a relic of the past itself!!!

Ok then. That answers that.

I'd maybe go for a plug and play 5 speed auto.

It really all boils down to your use of it.

Is that even street legal?

How safe could that be?

First of all, if you dont understand its use then dont flame it.

People who use this adapter would most likely....

1. Not care about street legality2. Not have the VH in a Q.3. Would be running at least 10 second quarter miles.

I still like the TH400 better than a powerglide I think but when you put down that much you probably would only want to shift once during the 1/4 mile.

Bottom line is, itd be used on a drag car with a ridiculous setup. For that, itd work great, otherwise it wouldnt...

posting this in the Q forum may not have been a great idea since most Q guys dont "get it".

Thanks for the explanation.

I think I'll hold out for a 5 speed auto.

BTW, if you're not running a VH in the Q with the powerglide, what would the car be running?
