If so, what model 300ZX auto is it the same as?
Are the convertors the same as 300ZX also?

The J30 uses the RE4R01A = non turbo 300zxThe Q45 uses the RE4R03A = twin turbo 300zx

Don't confuse the transmission body internals with the transmission bell housing and torque convertor match up.
