I am using the std corvette clutch fork, but have turned the ball thing around to make it a push style clutch instead of the original pull style. I also wanted to bring the slave cyl outside the bellhousing so I can play with different sized cyls to get the desired pressure and throw. Though what I have worked out on paper should be fine. I'm running a 1" bore down below and a 5/8 master cyl. That slot in the back of the bell is where the clutch fork sits, which is on the front of the t56 casing. A bit different to most. Also the bellhousing is only approx 120mm deep, so not much room inside. Once I had half finished it, i dummy assembled it with the triple plate clutch/flywheel etc and went "buggar I'm never fitting a fork in there", as I was going to mount its ball on the inside of the bellhousing. There was probably only 10-15mm from p-plate to rear of bell. However thats why I cut out that section in the rear flange, using the factory position, since the t56 already has this cutout. Also I wanted it to pop out the other side to decrease the hydraulic line, ie make it rhd. However running a bit more tubing is fine. I also didnt want to butcher the t56 in any way so if I break one I can bolt another one straight up. Or if i see something special come up I can sell it. No plans yet and will run it and will only change it if I begin blowing more than say 2 or 3.
