Went to try and start the car for the first time and got nothing. This weekend I went to formula d in Atlanta and met a guy that had done the swap. He said it could be prong number 44 on the ecu that needs to be grounded . Anyone have an input on this theory?

you must have the start signal wired in else it will not fire, it will turn over all day but wont push to start mode.

was the car you saw a silver widebody hatch with a sil front?
if so that is brian skibba, one of my good friends...he is running one of my modified ecus and when we have time will get a proper dyno tune.

Haha, he told me about you. Ya I sat and had a 3 hour long convo with him. How could I wire the start signal?

it should be in the ecu pinout, just wire it into the factory source or trigger it with the start signal from the starter.
