vh45 into vh41?

I'm new to the v8 engines.Can I simply swap a usdm vh41 rotating assembly into a vh45. Did the usdm vh41s come with a forged crank?Also my engine is a 95 is that variable valve timing on the heads?

Unsure about the USDM VH41 rotating assembly, but I did fit a VH45 rotating assembly into my JDM VH41 with no problems.

The crank should be forged steel, I don't see why they'd change their manufacturing process for this. Why do you want to swap to the lower displacement internals?
