These are the dimensions I came up with for the bolt pattern on the back of the block based on crank centerline. Can anyone with a working adapter plate verify the accuracy of these dimensions?

You should use mm, since the engine was designed using metric. You'll find the measurements end up a bit more logical.

Imperial is a relic of the past, used only by backwards countries.

Does this work for everyone else NOT in backward countries?

How did you come up with these measurements? I'd be very surprised if it's not a completely symmetrical pattern.

Very careful dimensioning of the back of the block over the winter and rechecked about 12 times. It appears that the pattern is symmetrical, just rotated slightly counterclockwise.

Did you delete the measurements? I was going to try and double check some of the measurements tonight and see if I came up with similar numbers but the dimensions are gone.

Nathan...Do you have a price on the VH and VG patterns? Your other drawings have helped me tremendously and I'm thinking about building a midplate to help support the engine. If you'd like to trade a few $$$ for the drawing I'd be interested!

lol,
how bout i just come and work for ya.......
i thought thats what you were gonna say when i saw you had posted under this topic.....

that dwg is based off the spacer plate like shown, a VG & a VH item appearantly one hole was out about 0.3mm off the vh one, my mate had an adaptor plate made, althougha lil bit rough as it was. still worked.

What do you want and how much you want to chuck my way.
I dont do these for cash but if people are willing to sponsor these efforts it does make me more willing to share, once they are complete. Im glad the sump flange helped you out, as once you had it sussed your sump was completed quite quick.....

I tried to match up the above posted items with a lil bit of rotation, but ill be honest and say i didnt spend long, just scaled the pic posted, drew in the holes then super-imposed ontop.

I am still yet to get back onto my VHswap unfortunately...... maybe soon.
trying to sell my r34 at present.....anyone interested???
sorry thread hyjaquing.....lol
