Hello,I am looking to fit a vh45 in an R33 Skykine GTS_T. The plan at present is to use the Supra Turbo gearbox (R154 5-speed). I am looking for info on the vh45 auto box ie is the bell housing detachable? Does anyone have any pics of the bell housing / transmission? If ,as I suspect, it is detachable, then I can make up an adaptor plate to suit the R154 gearbox. Thanks, Phil.

Anlasak,

Thanks for the info - spot on. The VH45 never made it to the UK so info difficult to obtain. Does anyone on the forum have a bellhousing for sale? I intend getting an engine from Japan.

Cheers, Phil.

You can pick the transmission for cheap from Japan, so maybe you can have it shipped with the engine. Probably the easiest thing to do.
