In my experience, NGK Platinums PFR5G-11. Leave them alone out of the box, don't gap them. Get them from a reputable source, fake NGK's are floating around. Hitatchi coils. Cheap no name brand ones can cause funny issues.

Hanshin (actually a China partnership with Denso) is okay for coils too, they actually make the majority of Nissan COP's these days. But @MowgliCSM is right about going China-cheap on coils, don't go there. That goes for cam/crank sensors as well. There are lots of parts on the car where cheap stuff will work fine, but not those three.

I would suggest you plan to do at least the passenger side valve cover gasket since you have to remove the coils anyway to do that job.
But why are you replacing coils? Are there intermittent misfire symptoms?

ive been reading through fourms and found that dancing idle and a few other issues ive had (P1320, trac/slip light coming on) can be caused by a malfunctioning coil, among other issues (egr, plenum gasket, cracked line, or a MAP/BARO solenoid switch) all things i plan to address when i do the plugs/coils as i want to do a refresh of what i can afford at the moment and get a better understanding of how my motor works. valve cover gaskets is probably not a bad idea considering the gunk on them and the engine itself. Thanks for the plug and coil recommendation as well.
heres a video of my issues https://youtu.be/1XE5rb3ENuw
