hey. So I'm building a vh41 jdm spec single turbo conversion and have no ideA what pipe size. I will be keeping it simple with log style manifolds feeding single front mounted garret gt3582r internal gated for a nice midrange power band. It's a 550-600 hP turbo. I'm guessing around 1.5 inch or bigger from ex ports into 2 inch or bigger log per bank? Feedback and advice from people that have done vh45 turbo conversions much appreciated. Cheers. Ps it's Goin into r32 awd conversion ( see my other build thread )

May need to google search for that.
Basically match the port size to your primaries then the log should increase in diameter.
Use steam pipe bends from places like Blackwoods

Hey I used 1''5/8 pipe for the primaries when I built my 4 into 1 manifolds. I was able to mould these to the oval shape to fit inside the flange plate ports before tigging. Others I believe have used 1''3/4 which I think you can make it fit over the flange plate port holes.

Added note* I used the smaller size due to space constraints but could not see there being any difference in power unless your an F1 builder
