VH/VK n00b questions

hello all. I own an '87 z31 300zx. I have decided to put my Z out to pasture temporarily to explore my options. It currently has a VG30E that was turbocharged by myself.

This winter while my Z is in the body shop getting new rear quarter pannels and a paintjob, I'm planning on spending my time either

A: rebuilding my VG30E w/bigger turbo, cool **** etc...

or

B: I'm considering putting a nissan V8 into it running twin T3's. I'm a V6 guy and know very little about the VH engine other than its completely different than my VG (IE sleeved, aluminum block, DOHC, etc...).

My questions are as follows:

What (manual) transmissions will hook up to a VH?How much should I pay for a lightly used (under 100k) VH?Anyone here ever swap a VH into a Z31?where are the best VH info resources (z31.com is to VG30/Z31 as ? is to VH/Q45)?

I agree with David, spend a little time reading and if things are a little cloudy still, we will be GLAD to post up to help clarify things...

Basically youll find that theres no MT that bolts to the VH.....

HOWEVER, one thing is for CERTAIN that NICO is by far the best resource for Nissan V8s!!
