Just curious how good the internals in a VG30et from a 89 z31 turbo are. What kind of power they can handle, forged or not, etc.? Also is there any aftermarket support for this engine? I know you guys know this so thanks in advance:D

Has forged crank and rods.. Alum pistons should go to 400 hp before needing internals. Changing to forged pistons does about everything needed in the lower end unless you just want to change all bolts etc

are the internals the same as the vg30dett or is the vg30et a weaker motor?

buddy is running a junkyard VG30ET and putting 450 hp down at the rear wheels. Only mods to the engine are cams and a port job. Bottom end is totally stock.
