i have a 91 hardbody with a vg30e and i am lookin to turbo it and i am just lookin for someone to tell me where i can get the parts to turbo a non-turbo v6 if you could help me out or just tell me its not possible that would be great too

Finding a turbo Z31 parts car might be a good start if you want to use OEM stuff to do it.

How about a rear mount turbo, (under the bed at rear of vehicle). STS already markets their's. Less clutter in engine bay, better weight distribution(a little), and LAG is said to not be as bad as one might think. You could probably make your own kit, (I would try). And everything else would be standard protocol as far as compression ratio, timing, timing belt!, and whatever else turbo's require. Maybe some 2-2 1/2 inch aluminized tubing, not bigger than that because you want system volume to stay in spec for your intended goal. I think if you do everything modest and throughly, you could make some interesting numbers.

wow in that case i dont think i would want to do this anymore. id like to keep my firewall stock.i think the sts system would be alot easier.
