VG30DETT swap into S13. Question on wiring harness of Z

Im pulling out the wiring on my parts Z right now. I have removed the ecu harness completely. My question is simply, Do I need to remove any more of the wiring harness from the Z? Should I just tap into the fuses and relays from the 240's stock wiring? Any help would be appreciated.
