about how hard do u think it would be to stick a vg30dett in to a 1995 240sx. i already have 1994 300zx tt and my good friend wants to sell me his 240 for dirt cheap, but from factory its too SLOW for my taste. sooo, how difficult and how expensive do u guys think it would be??? thanks.

Well, even if it does fit, you would have to fab up some motor mounts and reroute several things, and that is if it fits in the first place. If you want to add a lot of speed to the 240, swap in either a SR or a RB, those have been done quite a few times in 240's.

A RECENT SPORT mag had a single turbo vg30 stuffed in a beautiful 240 -- the guy that did it was in indiana but i have been able to find him to get any information out of him -- there was a great write-up in the magazine -- it was SLICK !! gor for it

ps -- the guy that did spent quite a bit of time on the wiring harness

This topic has been extensively covered at least on 2 occasions. One guy kept the stock side mounts, heat, and everything in an S13. Search and ye shall find.

Here, I found the thread after about 3 sec. of searching: zerothread?id=187589

Oh, and on page 2 of that thread there are links to multiple other VG in 240 swaps.
