VG30DETT BUILD

Hello, my name is Jonathan.
I have been busy for a while looking into parts for the racing engine that I am building. However there is much information that I cannot find. I recent, last week, pulled and engine from an 95 Infiniti J30 which has the VG30DE engine. The car had very light mileage and is clean. So I have broken the block down and it has been sent of the the machine shop to be bored and decked. I have all the other parts either purchased or selected, but I am having trouble finding a Crankshaft. I know that the 300zx VG motor has forged rods and a forged crankshaft, but i do not know if the J30 crankshaft is forged. I will be using Scat or Eagle forged rods and JE .20 9.0:1 Pistons, all i have left to figure out is the crank. If the J30 Crank is not forged I will use the Crank out of my old motor but i would rather not have to pull it. Sorry for the long post. Ultimately, my question is "Is the Crankshaft in an Infiniti J30 Forged like it is in the 300zx?"

1) = your best friend.
2) J30 VG30DE and 300zx VG30DE are the exact same engine internally and almost exactly the same externally too.
3) If you are asking such a simplistic question I doubt you are ready to build this yourself.
