Hello, This is my first time posting here at NICOclub and I am happy to be here.

I have a couple of questions in regards to reinforcing the bottom end of the VG30DETT block. For reference, my horsepower goals are around 650-700 crank horsepower. From the reading I have done, this amount of power is starting to approach a threshold where the engine main webbing and stock girdle begin to flex. There seems to be 3 aftermarket solutions for this.
Mazworx makes a billet main cap and girdle system out of 4140 https://conceptzperformance.com/mazworx ... _60492.php
EP Racing makes a billet main cap and girdle system out of 1045 http://epracing.net/products-page/epr-c ... system-v1/
BDE has a billet bed-plate assembly https://www.bde-performance.com/bedplate.htm

Obviously, The BDE solution is the best, but it is also the most expensive and requires extensive machining.
The Mazworx kit looks nice, but the girdle being separated into two pieces makes me question the ability of the assembly to resist twisting forces.
The EP Racing system I do not know much about but I do remember it was featured in a MotoIQ article https://motoiq.com/modernizing-the-vg30 ... rformance/

I am wondering if anyone has any experience with these products, and if so what their opinions are on their quality and the impact they have on improving bottom end strength.

Conversely, I also wonder, if at the power level I am aiming for, a better solution would be to cryogenically treat the block and stock girdle for increased tensile strength, and then shot-peen the stock girdle for increased fatigue life.

IMHO, over kill for your HP goals (600 WHP). I know many Z32 with about 650 WHP on stock gridles running for a long time, even with stock rods and forged pistons.
Given you are not race car, it's better to spend money on other things. I've heard of mixed reviews on EP racing.
Money needs to be spent on turbos, tuning, haltec ECU (for engine safety), pistons, rod, head work, increased oil pan capacity.
