What are all the things i will have to do in order to swap the 300zx engine into my D21 pickup? Like major things, and minor things alike?

The engine should physically fit, although I doubt the oil pan will clear, and will probably need modified. The TT trans is different than the E trans, and will require a different/modified crossmember. You MAY need a new driveshaft, but I'm not sure on that one. Then wiring. Lots of wiring.
