Is there anyway to put a single turbo on the N/A VG30DE? Because the Nissan Cedric came with the VG30DET

You most definitely could, but to keep it safe you really need to build the NA to handle boost. Its high compression ratio makes it essentially "weak" when it comes to boost so you really need to put in some lower compression pistons to get the engine to handle it. On top of that you also need to upgrade the fuel system and tune the ECU accordingly.

Its a bit of work but would most definitely be worth it... boosted engines are by far the most fun, in my opinion.

For pistons you could go with stock TT pistons or you could get some aftermarket pistons. For the manifold, that one is a bit more difficult. You may keep an eye out on eBay to see anyone happens to have any listed or you could also go with a custom manifold setup.

You just need to make sure it'll fit in the J30. I'd say that should work fine since the Japanese version of the J30, the Leopard, was equipped with a VG30DET in an upper model.

no, it was the VH45DE from the Q45. KBfliip is busy swaping it out right now in his J30.

Thaaaat's right, it was the earlier Leopard with the VG30DET. The later Y32, J30 equivalent had the VG30DE and the VH41DE, not the VH45, from what I've been able to find.

Yup, that would be correct. The F31 Leopard's were equipped with:VG20E - early and late models ("zenki" and "kouki" respectively)VG20ET - earlyVG20DET - lateVG30DE - early and lateVG30DET - late

The US M30 "only" got the VG30E with a 4-speed automatic transmission. I actually prefer the VG30E really as they're a bit lighter, a little more compact, and just as strong when it comes to boost.
