VG30DE/TT transmission on 240sx RB25?

I have seen people talk about it saying it will work, but there is no proof.I am either going to be getting a VG transmission and using it with my Rb25, or I might have to buy a syncro through my friend in Japan and have fun taking apart the transmission and throwing it back together.

Any information or anyone that has done this before please help,Would be very thankful for it.
