vg30de to a vg30dett

i looked around, and was wondering can you make a vg30de into a vg30dett?

i know you can do this to the ff sr20de ( make it a sr20det)

do they make a kit or can you use a tt's manifold,turbo,etc?????

or is are they totaly different?

it's not cost effective to put turbo's on the VG. It's cheaper to just swap motors for one with TT's.

but to answer the question, yes I suppose it could be done. You would need to route oil lines for the turbos, new injectors, new internals, lower compression ratio, new ECU, turbo's (of course )

5k-20k, it REALLY varies. For a clean one you gotta pay quite a bit, usually over 10.

courtesy nissan sells the TT motor for $6,652.24 I think it comes with about everything you need.

Have ya'll seen that post where this guy has (selling)custom mounts for the vg30dett?

I dont know if it goes in the S13 or S14 but that would be my route if it is legit.

but he hasnt responded....go figure
